Where your inquiry is stored
Website inquiry details are submitted to TerraNova’s secure lead-management workspace in Notion so that we can respond and manage travel consultations. We only share information with travel suppliers or booking partners when it is necessary for the trip you ask us to arrange, or when you authorize us to do so.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw consent for future follow-up, or ask us to delete information that we no longer need to retain. To make a request, contact TerraNova through WhatsApp.
